Rissoles in Sauce. Quick, Fresh And Nutritious

As a working person, I am always on the lookout for quick and easy meals that do not come out of a packet. I’ve found this Nike Air Max 90 recipe for rissoles ticks all the boxes for a quick prepared meal that provide nutrition beside being filling and incredibly, very tasty. Enjoy Two tablespoons dried parsley (this is actually more nutritional then Nike Air Max Sale fresh parsley) 2 slices moistened bread-very soft without the crust Pepper and minimal quantity of salt Airmax 95 –if any One cup of plain flour. Put the meat in a deep bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients one at the time. Mix well, about 2 minutes. Place in refrigerator for around an hour. When ready to cook, divide mixture into round balls in whatever size you want. Roll into the flour.  Flatten the rissoles and place in fraying in which you’ll have heated 5 tablespoons pure essential olive oil. Let fry gently on both sides, ensuring rissoles are turned regularly.As they are ready, place in a baking dish in one layer.  Now open a jar of readymade sauce, pour it within the rissoles, sprinkle some grated cheese and put in oven at medium heat for about Ten to fifteen minutes, or so long as you think it is necessary. Serve with instant mash potatoes or steamed rice.
